Thoughtfully designed, Cornerstone Cooperative offers secure and satisfying independent senior living for people 62+ through cooperative ownership in a community that you will be proud to call your home. This three-story building, situated on a beautiful peninsula overlooking a natural wetland in Plymouth, MN, provides 77 one, two and three bedroom units.

The spacious solarium allows you to enjoy the Minnesota theatre of seasons. The community room provides an opportunity to enjoy special events in the company of friends. Relax in the library with a book, or keep busy in our activity/exercise room or woodworking shop. Do you have company coming? Reserve the guest room (for a small fee), and they will be close by. Our senior housing has been designed to meet the needs of senior adults, providing opportunities for many new wonderful life experiences.
